Terms & Conditions

TSM London - Terms and Conditions:

By making a booking with TSM London, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
TSM London reserves the right to not offer treatment outright or reduce what is offered to a client at any time with no explanation.
We reserve the right to make changes in the content of the treatments and to the prices but will aim to honour type and/or price of treatment if a booking is already confirmed.
The booking deposit is completely non-refundable unless the therapist cancels the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. illness. Please give 24 hours’ notice or more if you need to cancel and the deposit can be transferred to an appointment on another date.
If a client breaches boundaries, or asks to breach boundaries, which are clearly stated in FAQs, or performs an inappropriate act (this includes verbally inappropriate content) then the therapist will terminate the appointment immediately, offering no refund and the client will not be welcome to return or contact TSM London again.
A £70 booking deposit usually paid by card or bank transfer is compulsory for all clients making an appointment and must be paid in advance of a confirmation of booking and therefore treatment. The remaining balance can be paid electronically before the appointment or at the appointment by card or cash.
Non-payment, or retraction of payment later following the undertaking of the service will result in court proceedings.
In the event that a client is late, they are to let Evie know at their earliest convenience. Lateness of more than 10 minutes may result in the appointment time being shortened at full cost of the original booking made.
The client will not disclose business information – including but not exclusively the treatment address - to anyone. The client also agrees that the content of the appointment will remain confidential and will not be provided to any third party (apart from your partner or someone you wish to recommend the treatment to) unless permission has been given by TSM London. They also agree that any personal information they may have gained about their therapist will remain confidential.
Â
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancelling with 24 or more hours notice before your booking, the booking deposit or full balance paid (whichever is applicable) will be kept on account and used for a future booking made within 6 months.
If cancelling with less than 24 hours notice you will forfeit the fee and both new and returning clients will be asked to pay another fee when making a further booking.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time or No Show bookings are subject to the full appointment cost as I cannot fill that time and I lose a whole day’s pay.
Â
Refunds:
All payments made are non-refundable unless a booking is cancelled by the therapist. This does not apply if a client has been inappropriate and the therapist does not feel like the appointment can go ahead for safety reasons, the booking deposit or full fee may be deducted and retained by TSM London.
If you’d like to make a complaint about a service received, please contact TSM London in the first instance.
Â
Arrival:
An approximate address will be sent to the client once the booking deposit has been paid. Â The full address details will be sent to the client the day before the treatment. Â There is on street (paid for) parking at the address.
Clients are asked NOT to arrive early, only at the booking time requested. Arriving ten minutes early may seem helpful but that time may be when the therapist is preparing for the massage and you will not be granted access.
Upon arrival, a brief consultation will take place before heading to the treatment room and the treatment starts.
Â
FACILITIES:
All facilities available for use are described on the website. All clients are expected to respect this and to treat the rooms in which you use with care and consideration.
Â
We take no responsibility for any of your items on or around our property, items brought are at your own risk.
Â
MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Heath & Weight Limits
Treatments, unless specifically requested not to, include arousal to potential orgasm which by its nature increases heart rate. Therefore, intimate bodywork is NOT suitable for anyone over 120kg or severely or morbidly obese or suffers from a heart condition or is taking medication for a heart condition.
If you suffer from anything that would normally prevent you from receiving a massage and/or a doctor has recommended you do not receive massage, then do not book a treatment. This includes - but is not limited to - infections, contagious diseases (even a cold), heart or circulatory problems, vomiting, diarrhoea, fever, severe pain, kidney disease, a history of thrombosis, have had a recent operation or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
In the cases of skin disorder, epilepsy or if you suffer from fits, please discuss the suitability of the treatment before making the appointment. If you are not honest or fail to disclose any medical conditions or allergies on the Consent and Authorisation form, then you take the treatment at your own risk and TSM London will not be liable for any consequences.
If anything arises after completing the Consent and Authorisation form, you MUST let your therapist know immediately so they can advise you on whether treatment will be suitable.
Â
Code of Practice
The ethos of intimate sensual massage/bodywork is about receiving intimate sensual touch with another human being and is often experienced within the use of massage techniques to achieve or enhance sexual arousal. Â Clients participating in a sensual massage or any type of massage involving sensuality, nudity, arousal, or intimate stimulation do so at their own discretion and assume full responsibility. Â Intimate bodywork typically features massage in erogenous zones of the body to increase sexual arousal and can, for some, result in orgasm. It does NOT include sexual intercourse.
The relationship between client and therapists is designed to be one of trust and respect. Consequently, therapists are expected to be courteous and caring at all times and to take time to hear their clients’ needs and motivations for wanting the treatment. Before the session commences both parties should make clear their own personal boundaries. If you are a new client, then before giving the first treatment the therapist will also want to have a brief conversation about your general health and fitness and to hear about and medical history that may be relevant to you receiving treatment. They may also want to ask about your motivation for wanting the treatment, any sexuality or sexual performance issues, skin allergies, intimacy fear, disabilities etc, expectations and concerns of the treatment along with confirmation and agreement of fees and duration of the treatment.
Â
Confidentiality
TSM London agrees that all information shared via the Consent and Authorisation form, written or verbally acquired before, during and after an appointment will remain completely confidential unless the client breaches contract and/or terms of service or the client strongly suggests they will be putting themselves or someone else at serious risk. In these cases, TSM London will make the client aware that their information will be shared and why.
Â
Respect for Personal Boundaries
The personal boundaries of both client and therapist must always be respected. If there is any aspect of the treatment that you feel goes beyond your own personal boundaries, then please let the therapist know immediately. Equally if the therapist feels that their personal boundaries are being crossed, they will indicate this politely and ask you to refrain from what you are doing. If this is not respected, then they are entitled to terminate the treatment without reduction of fee.
Please note that the therapists’ consent should not be assumed, always ask before touching anyone.
Â
Permission & Authorisation
On making an appointment for sensual massage you are entering in to an agreement with the therapist that acknowledges the sensual and erotic nature of the treatment. The treatment will include full nudity on receivers’ part. You must also disclose any health issues that you know may be contraindicated to the treatment such as, but not limited to, broken bones or muscle problems, high or low blood pressure, heart condition, diabetes, obesity, skin conditions, STI’s, psychological or neurological conditions and any disabilities. The therapist will then decide if the treatment can go ahead.
